For the next three weeks I want to take an interactive approach to exploring the manifestation process. Using the humble bean as our visual instructor, we will observe and use its miraculous transformation as a model for understanding the manifestation process as it works through us.
Because religion had become such a complex affair, Jesus observed that people disassociated it as a means of making positive and practical changes in daily life. He grasped the truth that the principles of growth seen by even the most casual observer of the natural world were living illustrations of the unseen workings of the spiritual domain. Consequently, he drew heavily upon the natural and agricultural realms as a means of helping people work in harmony with the natural, prospering laws of expansion.
The bean, like all seed, has two important characteristics that apply to any vision we hold. First, the bean is a tiny package of potential that carries an invisible set of instructions to unfold a very specific plant. Second, the bean is endowed with Universal Intelligence. It does not need your help, instruction, or expertise to undergo its mysterious transformation. It only needs your minimal nurturing and care.
Think of your vision in the same way. First, a vision is a tiny package of potential that carries an invisible set of instructions to unfold a very specific condition in your life. Second, your vision is endowed with Universal Intelligence. When placed in the proper environment, it will undergo a mysterious transformation from an invisible idea to visible condition. Like the bean, your vision will not need your help or instruction to unfold; it will only need your minimal nurturing and care.
Just as you decide what you will grow in your garden, you decide what you will grow in your life. The exercise we’re involved in here is that of making a conscious choice of what it is we want to manifest. In the next three weeks we will create a vision, we will plant our vision, and we will nurture our vision and we will observe the “miracle” of its unfolding.
